What’s the process of coaching? | TopCoaching is a partnership between client and coach. This relationship is built on our intention to support you in achieving your desired outcomes. Through powerful inquiry the coach creates the space for you to uncover any limiting or conflicting beliefs which may be in the way of what you say you want. Typically sessions last 50 minutes and occur once a week or every other week. Frequently you will leave the session with activities to support you in integrating the changes you wish to make. Sessions can take place by phone, in person, via email, or video conferencing. Structure and Fees | TopEach of our coaches will create a unique compensation and coaching structure based on your needs. Our fees start at $100 for a 55 minute session, with a four session minimum. We offer a $10 30-minute introductory phone session to assess your objectives and determine if we can deliver outstanding value to you. Events and Workshops | TopThroughout the year, livework coaches offer events or presentations on varying topics such as creativity, wellness and self-discovery.
